Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board ( DSSSB ) was formed with the purpose of recruiting capable, competent, highly skilled individuals by conducting written tests, professional tests and personal interviews wherever as desired. It held the recruitment of Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts in different departments of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Electric Supply Undertaking and New Delhi Municipal Council and its autonomous bodies in the jurisdiction of this Board.

Applications are invited by DSSSB for the various posts in Directorate of Education , Government of NCT of Delhi :

1. Post Graduate Teachers ( PGT )
   No. of vacancies : 371 posts in various subjects
   Age limit : Not more than 56 years.
   Qualification : Candidate should be post graduate in the relevant subject with B.Ed degree.
2.  Trained Graduate Teacher ( TGT )
   no. of vacancies : 402 posts in various subjects
   age limit : Not more than 32 years of male and 42 years for female.
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with at least 45% marks and should have done B.Ed.
3. Assistant teacher ( Nursery Teacher )
   No. of posts : 381 posts
   Age limit : Not more than 32 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed 12th standard with the diploma in Teachers Training.

Last date for teh receipt of application : 31st July 2010
application fees : Postage of Rs. 6/- affixed and 1 post card bearing postal stamp of Rs. 6/-
