Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre ( VECC ) is a premier R&D unit of the Department of the Automic Energy, Government of India. This Centre is dedicated to carry out frontier research and development in the field Nuclear Science, Material Science, Computer Science & Technology etc.
VECC, Kolkata invites applications for the following Stipendiary Trainees :
1. Stipendiary Trainees (Category I)
Posts: 37
Stipend: Candidates will get stipend of Rs.9300/- p.m.
Age limit: Candidates should be between 19-24 years as on 30.04.2010
Remuneration: After Successful Completion of Training Candidates will get remuneration of
Rs.9300-34800.
Discipline: Physics, Mechanical, Electronics/ Instrumentation, Electrical, Computer.
Duration of Training: 1 year.
2. Stipendiary Trainees (Category II)
Posts: 83
Stipend: Candidates will get stipend of Rs.6200/- p.m.
Age limit: Candidates should be between 18-22 years as on 30.04.2010.
Remuneration: After Successful completion of Training Candidates will get remuneration of
Rs.5200-20200.
Discipline: Plant Operator, Engineering Draughting, Fitter, Electronics, Electrical, Miller, Turner,
Air-conditioning & Refrigeration.
Duration of Training: 2 years.
