The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research ( CSIR ) is an autonomous body registered under the Registration of Societies Act of 1860. CSIR objective is to provide industrial competitiveness, social welfare, strong S&T base for strategic sectors and advancement of fundamental knowledge.

CSIR invites applications for the following positions:

Section Officer:
Posts: 43 (UR-23, SC-6, ST-3, OBC-11)
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.9300-34800.
Assistant:
Posts: 90 (UR-47, SC-13, ST-6, OBC-24 )
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.9300-34800.
For above posts:
Qualification : Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree from a recognized University in any discipline with a knowledge of computer.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 28 years as on dated 23.04.2010
