Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI ) – a premier institution for research and development in electrochemical science and technology and was established on January 1953. It is one of a chain of forty national laboratories under the aegis of CSIR New Delhi. CECRI has 4 extension centres situated at Cochin, Chennai, Titicorin & Mandapam. It also offers short term refresher courses for the benefit of industry and educational institutions.
CECRI invites applications for the following posts with :
Pay scale : PB – 3 Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-
Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.

Qualification for both the categories: Candidate should posses Ph.D in Chemistry with one year post doctoral research experience and Research experience in different areas of Electrochemical
Science and Technology is desirable.
Job Requirement : Selected candidates has to work as a Team Member in Battery/ Fuel Cells/Corrosion/ Electrodics/ Electrometallurgy.
