The Central Council for Research in Ayurveda & Siddha (CCRAS) was registered on 30th March, 1978 by the Government of India under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and the Department of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH). Its headquarter is situate din New Delhi. Its main aim is to enhance the capability of the Council as a premier institution for research in Ayurveda and Siddha, and to forge strategic alliances with similar establishments and constantly strive for excellence in basic and applied knowledge for efficient understanding of the cause and prevention of human diseases and their management.

CCRAS invites applications for the following posts :

1. Ayurveda Expert (Analysis & Monitoring)
   No. of vacancies : 3 posts
   Salary : Rs. 35000/- per month Consolidated.
   Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 40 years
   Qualification : Candidate should  have the degree of M.D. (Ay.) with minimum 1 year of experience .
2. Ayurveda Experts
   No. of vacancies : 7 posts
   Salary : Rs. 25000/- per month Consolidated.
   Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should have the degree of M.D. (Ay.) .
3. Junior Ayurveda Experts
   No. of vacancies : 4 posts
   Salary : Rs. 18000/- per month consolidated
   age limit : Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
   Qualification : Candidate should have the degree of B.A.M.S.

Date of written test  : 30th August 2010
Time : 10.00 AM
Date of Interview : 31st August 2010 ( candidates who qualify in the written test will be interviewed)
