The Brahmputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited ( BVFCL ) was formerly known as Namrup Fertilizer Complex and is located in the South Eastern border   of Dibrugarh district in the far eastern part of Assam. Its work is to take up and implement schemes for energy savings and upgrade the quality of human resources of the company and promote organizational development.

BVFCL invites applications for the following posts :

  1. General Manager ( HR ) / Deputy General Manager ( HR )
    No. of posts : 1
    Pay scale : Rs.20500- 500-26500/- / Rs. 18500- 450-23900/-
    Age limit : 55 / 53 years
    Qualification : Candidate should have the degree of MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or PG Degree / Diploma in PIR/HRD/ Labour & Social Welfare with at least 20 / 16 years Executive/Sr. Managerial experience in Personnel & Administration Department of a large and growing PSU/ Private sector organization.
  2. General manager / Deputy General manager ( Finance )
    No. of posts : 1
    Pay scale : Rs.20500- 500-26500/- / Rs. 18500- 450-23900/-
    Age limit : 55 / 53 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be Graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A. And should have 20 / 16 years of post qualification Executive experience in a PSU/a large Private sector organization, out of which 6/5 years should be in a Senior Managerial position.
  3. Additional Chief Engineer ( Chemical )
    No. of posts : 3
    Pay scale : Rs. Rs.16000- 400-20800/-
    Age limit : 52 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Chemical Engineering with 12 years post qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/a large Private sector Chemical Industry out of which at least 4 years should be at the senior management level with proven knowledge of modern technological developments in Chemical Industry.
  4. Deputy Chief Engineer / Plant Manager / Assistant Plant manager ( Chemical )
    No. of posts : 9
    Pay scale : Rs.14500- 350-18700/-/ 13000-350- 18250/-/ 10750-300- 16750/-
    Age limit : 50 / 48 / 45 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Chemical Engineering with minimum 10/8/5 years post qualification Executive experience in line in a PSU/a large Private sector Chemical Industry and candidates with in line experience in Fertilizer & Chemical Industries will be preferred.
  5. Deputy Chief Engineer / Plant Engineer / Assistant Plant engineer ( Instrumentation )
    No. of posts : 3
    Pay scale : Rs.14500- 350-18700/-/ 13000-350- 18250/-/ 10750-300- 16750/-
    Age limit : 50 / 48 / 45 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in in Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 10/8/5 years post qualification Executive experience in line in a PSU/a large Private sector Chemical Industry.
  6. Chief Chemist
    No. of posts : 1
    Pay scale : Rs. 13000-350- 18250/-
    Age limit : 48 years
    Qualification : Candidate should have the degree of M.Sc ( Chemistry ) with PG Degree and 8 years of post qualification Executive experience in Chemical Laboratory under a PSU/a large Private sector Chemical Industry.
  7. Deputy Material Manager / Assistant Material Manager

    Pay scale : Rs.14500- 350-18700/-/ 13000-350- 18250/-
    Age limit : 50 / 48 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Engineering in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Instrumentation discipline /MBA/ 2 year full time P.G Diploma with specialization in Materials Management and 10/8 years post qualification Executive experience in line in a PSU/a large Private sector Organisation.
  8. Chief Administrative Officer / Senior Administrative Officer / administrative Officer

    Pay scale : Rs.14500- 350-18700/-/ 13000-350- 18250/-/ 10750-300- 16750/-
    Age limit : 50 / 48 / 45 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be MBA / PG Degree in any discipline with 10/8/5 years of post qualification Executive experience in the field of Administration, Estate & Land and Legal matters of Govt. Undertaking or large Private sector Organisation.
  9. Dy.Chief Vigilance Officer/Sr Vigilance Officer/ Vigilance Officer

    Pay scale : Rs.14500- 350-18700/-/ 13000-350- 18250/-/ 10750-300- 16750/-
    Age limit : 50 / 48 / 45 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be MBA / posses PG Degree in any discipline With10/8/5 years of post qualification Executive experience in the field of preventive and punitive vigilance functions under any Govt. Undertaking or large Private sector organization.
  10. Assistant Finance Manager / Accounts Officer Grade – I

    Age limit : 48 / 45 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be Graduate with C.A. or I.C.W.A. with 8/5 years of post qualification Executive experience in line in a large manufacturing industry at middle/senior level position with proven knowledge off latest financial procedures and laws.
  11. Accounts Officer Grade –II
    No. of post : 2
    Pay scale : Rs. 8600-250-14600/-
    Age limit : 40 years
    Qualification : Candidate should be Graduate with C.A/ I.C.W.A. ‘or’ B.Com/M.Com along with CA/ICWA (Inter) with minimum 3 years of post qualification Executive experience in line in Finance& Accounts Department of large manufacturing Chemical industry.
  12. Assistant Secretary

    Pay scale : Rs. 6550-200-11350/-
    Age limit : 35 years
    Qualification : Candidate should Graduate with Shorthand & Computer Knowledge with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in all type of Secretarial jobs in the top Managers Office of a large PSU/ Private organization.
