Bank of Maharashtra started its business on 08.02.1936. The vision of the Bank is to reach out to and serve the Common man and meet all his banking needs. The Bank keeps innovating its Deposit and Loan Schemes and other services & products to meet the expectations of different segments of Society whether it be No Frills accounts and micro finance schemes or finance for large infrastructure, Industrial and Agril. The Bank had 1421 branches during March 2009. The Bank has setup Retail Asset Branches at Strategic Centres to facilitate quick and hassle free appraisal and disbursement of Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Mortgage backed loans and loans for consumer durables – at Pune, Delhi and Mumbai. Banks Internet Banking, Phone Banking and SMS Banking facility with online and offline request for funds transfer are available to large segment of customers. The Bank do all the necessary steps to fulfil the needs of the customers through adopting latest technologies and well skilled staff.

Bank of Maharashtra invites applications for the following positions :

Clerical Cadre
Posts: 650
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of 7200-24900.
Age limit: Candidates those having graduate degree should be between 18-26 years and undergraduate students should be between 18-21 years.
Qualification: For OBC/General Candidates: Candidates should have pass 12th standard with first class aggregate or a Degree from UGC recognized University. Must have secured at least 60%  marks in mathematics at SSC/10th Std. Candidates should have good knowledge of computer.
For SC/ST/PC/Ex-Servicemen Candidates: Candidates should have pass 12th standard with at least 55% marks in aggregate or a Degree from UGC recognized University. Must have secured at least 55%  marks in mathematics at SSC/10th Std. Candidates should have good knowledge of computer.
