The Allahabad High Court is a high court having jurisdiction over the Indian State of UP from 1950. At present , strength of Judges of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad is 160. It was the very first High Court that was established in India.

The Allahabad High Court invites application for the post of Personal Assistant and the details are as follows:

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

No. of posts: 61
Pay scale: PB 2 Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with GP of Rs.4200/- + other allowances
Age limit: 21 – 35 years
qualifications: Candidate should have bachelors degree with good knowledge of English Shorthand with speed of at least 100 words / minute and 40 words / minute in English Typewriting and should also have the knowledge of computers i.e. Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer Operation and candidate with knowledge of Hindi Shorthand with minimum speed of 80 words / minute and 30 words / minute in Hindi Typewriting will be preferred.

Fees: Examination Fees of Rs.200/- in the shape of Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque issued by Nationalized Bank payable in favour of “Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad”
Note: Interested candidate should send application written on plain and thick foolscap paper duly typed in the prescribed format along with attested copy of High School Certificate in support of age and other Certificates and Testimonials in respect of Graduation, Computer Knowledge along with a self addressed envelope bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 22/- and Examination Fees too to the address of The Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad.
