Airports Authority of India Recruitment 2010


Airports Authority of India (AAI) was formed on 1st April 1995. It was the result of merging erstwhile National Airports Authority and International Airports Authority of India. It manages 125 airports, which include 11 International Airport, 08 Customs Airports, 81 Domestic Airports and 27 Civil Enclaves at Defence airfields.

AAI invites applications for the following posts :

  1. Manager ( Air Traffic Controller )
    No. of posts : 79
    Pay scale : Rs. 24900-50500/-
    Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 32 years.
    Qualifications : Candidate should posses engineering degree in Electronics / Tele Communication / Radio Engineering. /IT/ Electrical with Specialization in Electronics OR PG Degree in Physics / Mathematics/ Computer Science or equivalent with 1st Class (60%) .
    Experience : At least 2 years of experience after obtaining degree in relevant discipline / field.
  2. Manager ( Electronics )
    No. of posts : 112
    Pay scale : Rs. 24900-50500/-
    Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 32 years.
    Qualifications : Candidate should posses engineering degree (BE/B.Tech) in Electronics / Tele Communication /Electronics and Communication OR Passed in First class Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India).
    Experience : At least 2 years of experience after obtaining degree in relevant discipline / field.
  3. Junior Executive ( Air Traffic Controller )
    No. of posts : 300
    Pay scale : Rs. 16400-40500/-
    age limit : Candidate should not be more than 27 years.
    Qualification : Candidate should have scored at least 60% in Engineering Degree in Electronics / Tele Communication / Radio Engg. /IT/ Electrical with Specialization in Electronics OR M.Sc degree with Wireless Communication, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engg. as a special Subject with 1st Class.
  4. Senior Assistant ( Electronics )
    no. of posts : 250
    Pay scale : Rs. 6300-180-8460-200-12060/-
    Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 30 years.
    Qualification : Candidate should have Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication/Radio Engineering. (3 yrs course) from a recognized institute.

Last date for receipt of payment through DD/PO :12th August 2010
Application fees : Through DD/PO (Pay order) – Rs. 420/- (Rs. 400 [Rupees four hundred only] for application fee + Rs. 20 for processing charges) and through Debit/Credit Card – Rs. 414.34/- (Rs. 400 [Rupees four hundred only] for application fee + Rs. 14.34 for processing charges).

    I have passed B.TECH in Safety & Fire Engineering from Cochin University of Science & Technology(School of Engineering) in 2010.
    Throught out my academy I have done many small and mini project which gave me a good exposure to the fire and safety industry. i request you sir give me a complete information about jobs in AAI.
