Andhra Pradesh Horticultural University ( APHU ) was setup on 26th June 2007. It is second of its kind in the Country. It has 4 colleges , 5 Polytechnics and 29 research stations spread in 9 agro climatic zones in Andhra Pradesh. It develop Human Resources needed for Horticulture and allied sectors like storage , value , Processing , etc. for the development of Andhra Pradesh.

APHU invites applications for the various non Faculty Posts :

Age limit : 18 – 39 years

1. 3 posts are for Superintendent
   Pay scale : Rs. 14860 – 39540/-
   Qualification : Candidate should have diploma in computer applications and should have passed Accounts Test for Subordinate Officers Part I and II conducted by APPSC, Hyderabad .
   Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior Clerk/Senior Assistant in the Govt./Quasi Govt./Reputed Organization/ Autonomous Bodies.
2. 1 post for Public Relation Officers ( PRO )
   Pay scale : Rs. 14860 – 39540/-
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with PG diploma / Degree in Journalism/Public relations from a recognized University/Institution.
   Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in in journalism/public relations.
3. 14 posts are for Senior Assistant
   Pay scale : Rs. 10900 – 31550/-
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed the Government Technical Examination in typewriting by lower grade in the English language conducted by State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh Government with diploma in computer applications .
   Experience : At least 5 years of experience as Clerk/Senior Clerk / Jr.Assistant in the Govt./ Quasi Govt./Reputed Organization/ Autonomous Bodies.
4. 30 posts are for Junior Assistant cum Typist
   Pay scale : Rs. 8440 – 24950/-
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed the Government Technical Examination in typewriting by lower grade in the English language conducted by State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh Government and should have diploma in computer applications.

Last date for the receipt of application : 22nd September 2010
