National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) conducts nationwide sample surveys on various socio-economic issues. The organisation has 4 divisions SDRD, FOD, DPD and CPD. The Field Operations Division (FOD) is responsible for conducting surveys in the field of Socio Economic, Industrial Statistics, Agricultural Statistics etc.

NSSO invites applications for the following positions on contract basis for survey during July 2010- June 2011 in rural and urban areas of Delhi for Data Collection:

Age limit: Candidates should be between 21-40 years as on 1.06.2010
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs. 9000/-
Qualification: Candidates should be graduate with Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics as one of the subject or Candidate should be graduate in Commerce with statistics as one of the papers at Degree level.
Desirable: Candidates should have a experience in conduct or survey and data collection work. Candidates should have a knowledge of Computer.
